Louisa County Conservation Board meetings are open to the public.

Board meeting schedule

Beginning in June 2022, the Louisa County Conservation Board will be meeting regularly on either the 1st or 2nd Monday of each month.
There are often exceptions to this rule including special meetings as well as date or location changes.  Please be sure to check here or call 319-523-8381 if you plan to attend.
ZOOM - When possible a zoom option is available.  Please note we only keep the zoom active for the first 30-minutes of the meeting, unless someone has joined or has told us they will be joining.

Agendas & Minutes

Agendas are usually posted the Friday before (on this website, on the door of the Louisa County Courthouse and the Louisa County Complex) and always a minimum of 24 hrs. before the meeting. Minutes are posted online prior to the next meeting.

Meeting minutes are available online for the last 12 months. They are typically posted at the same time as the next meeting agenda. Minutes on this website are not signed, singed copies are available in the Conservation Office.  Contact the conservation office if you need minutes from previous years. The minutes are unofficial drafts, until after the next regular meeting, when they are approved by the Board.
