Enjoy a morning outdoors exploring the spring bird migration along the Mississippi River Flyway with staff from both Louisa County Conservation and the Port Louisa National Wildlife Refuge. Meet at the Inlet Tubes at the Port Louisa National Wildlife Refuge. The auto tour route through the refuge will be open with scopes set up at both the Fox Pond overlook and the Muscatine Slough platform. Come and go as you please.
