Louisa County Conservation is accepting applications for a Natural Resource Aide. This is a six-month position based out of Wapello, IA and would include mowing parks and wildlife areas, general maintenance, campground patrol, prescribed fire and more.
Louisa County Conservation is looking to hire one more seasonal Conservation Aides for the spring/summer of 2024. Approximately 95% of work is outdoors in Louisa County Parks and Wildlife Areas. A large part of the job is mowing but also includes park patrol and natural resource management. Must be at least 18 years old.
Louisa County Conservation is seeking a Naturalist Intern for the Summer of 2024. This person will work closely with the Naturalists to provide Summer Nature Camps, Library Programs, help with field trips and more.
