Caterpillar Camp (Entering K-1st Grade)

June 20-23:

Experience nature in a hands-on way this summer as your youngster explores our natural world. Caterpillar Camp will provide your child with positive outdoor interactions, teach them to love the earth, and get unplugged for a few hours of fun! Caterpillar Camp will focus on the different animal groups and what makes them unique as we explore them through crafts and activities.

Your child will experience nature hikes, games, activities, crafts, and lots of outdoor adventures at Langwood Education Center! A t-shirt is included in the camp fee and enrollment is limited to 12 participants.

Caterpillar Camp for youth entering Kindergarten through 1st Grade. This camp will meet from 8:30 am until 11:30 am, Tuesday through Thursday, and 8:30 am - 1:00 pm on Friday. Friday will be a special day at camp because parents/grandparents/child care providers are invited to join their Caterpillar at 11:30 pm to go fishing and have a picnic lunch at Langwood!

To reserve your child's spot, the Louisa County Conservation Office must receive a completed registration form and payment. Nature Camps fill up very fast so be sure to reserve your child's spot in camp early!
